Training

With the training that we provide, you will be able to show OSHA that you have the right attitude and the right tools to achieve a compliant, safe, and healthful workplace. You will earn maximum penalty credit for “good faith” in the event that you are inspected and issued citations. By seeing to it that all of your workforce is trained to know about safety and health, to recognize and avoid hazards, and to commit to safe and healthful work practices, you will exhibit the kind of good faith that may immunize you from Willful violations—those that carry the highest penalties.

An effective safety and health program requires that all participants: managers, supervisors, and employees, be trained to understand the “Whys” and the “Hows” of going about their business safely, and in conformance with OSHA’s and your own rules.

We will train your managers, your supervisors, and your workers in recognizing the essentials of occupational safety and health and in the methods to achieve them. We can help each better understand what workplace hazards they face every day, and how to recognize and avoid unexpected or infrequent hazardous situations.

We will develop and deliver training appropriate for your workplace. Our trainers have had years of experience providing just such training to individual employers and their workers, as well as to industry groups and safety and health professionals. We have trained the trainers.

In addition to our OSHA certified trainers, who can provide OSHA-accepted certificates for OSHA’s 10-hour and 30-hour courses, our highly experienced trainers can tailor programs to your needs; to your work force; to your interests.

With training provided by OSHAstrategies your employees will work safer; your supervisors will understand and pay appropriate attention to their responsibilities to put safety first; and your managers will be equipped to lead the effort to achieve and maintain a safe and healthful workplace.
